You’re part of a collaboration that’s stalling, swirling, or in jeopardy and the stakes are high. We’ll get under the hood together and take a systems look at what’s getting in the way. You’ll walk away with some clarity on ‘design choices’ you could make differently and experiments to try.

There’s a challenge you or your community are looking to address that needs a diverse range of actors at the table. There’s no obvious ‘backbone’ convenor, whether that’s an organization or someone to get the ball rolling. We can play the role of ‘start-up convenor’.
