We start by co-designing the session around whatever is most urgent for your board right now. That might mean working through a major strategic decision that's been stalling. It might mean a structured conversation about direction, priorities, or resource allocation. It might mean finally getting honest alignment on roles and expectations. Whatever your board actually needs to do — we build the session around that, and we facilitate it in a way that makes the how of your meeting feel as different as the what.
Woven through the agenda, we'll also create space for the meta-conversations that boards rarely make time for but that make everything else work better:
How do we function as a team? Not just individuals showing up to vote, but a collective with shared clarity about what we're here to do
How do we best support our executive team — and what do we need from them to do that well?
What's our operating system? The meeting rhythms, decision-making processes, and ways of working that either enable or quietly undermine our effectiveness
